The Brugmann Square Résidence project is located at the heart of Brussels, on the Brugmann square, one of the most sought-after districts in the high-end sector.
Considering the growing market demand and the outstanding location of the building, we decided to develop on the site a unique project in Brussels with top-notch serviced residences.
The residences are developed in two buildings dating from the early 20th century, designed by the architect Dewin.
The frontages and roofs of those buildings are listed as Brussels Region heritage. |

The creation of Brugmann Square Residence integrates a luxurious residential development of the entire block, which also includes the creation of a park planted with trees.
The project plans to create 25 spacious luxurious apartments with services provided to the owners and residents: Superintendent’s office and reception lobby.
In the building’s underground levels, the residents can enjoy a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna and Turkish bath and 43 parking spaces.
