The project, located in a 54 hectares site, enjoys a unique location at a height of more than 1,700 m, in the heart of the Kopaonik National Park.
The site provides spectacular views on untouched natural landscapes and is nestled at the foot of the ski slopes of the region. |
| DESCRIPTION : |
The project covers three separate areas, which could be developed separately in different phases :
- The Resort : is secured and includes a five-star hotel with 265 keys, two buildings with 110 serviced residences and 26 serviced chalets. The main hotel, which lies at the foot of the slopes, also includes a series of specific functions such as a conference centre, a wellness and rehabilitation centre, covered and open-air swimming pools, a family centre with kids club, a sports club and many restaurants and bars.
- The village consists of four residential buildings of 300 (one- to three bedrooms) apartments, a retail and entertainment zone with restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
- The Valley includes five spacious individual chalets and a small 60-apartments residential building, with view on the Park’s main valley on the one hand and on the Gondola arrival station on the other hand.
